Innovation Lab
Client work
We help companies find what's next and test it before it costs real money: strategy, prototypes, shops and apps that ship.
First find out what's worth it. Then build what works.
Wundrig is Vorarlberg dialect for curious.
We move between Zurich, Vorarlberg, Basel, Hong Kong and Cape Town and build strategy, prototypes, AI agents, apps and shops for and with our clients – from the first test to the running product.
Clients and partners
What we have built, run or advised on.
The tags show where and how a project came about with us: Innovation for clients, Venture for our own products, Research for our own questions.
Apps, platforms and AI agents we built, or helped build, for clients.

We helped build a network of AI agents that delivers public web data: the gateway for the community nodes, the Teneo Browser, agents as skills for Claude Code and Cursor, and the move to its own database.

An app for the Swiss energy group's household customers: it shows their electricity use from the smart meter's 15-minute readings and where saving is worth it. Built by us.
For a certification body: the agent searches Amazon, Otto and other marketplaces for products that could qualify for its seal, checks them against the criteria and finds the manufacturers behind them. Built by us.
Shops on Shopify. We built each one and keep it running.

Shopify shop for organic juice cleanses and shots. Built and maintained by us.

Shopify shop for spirit tasting sets. We built it and keep developing it together with their team.

Shopify shop for the publisher's book and software programme. Built and maintained by us.
We run the workshops and write the strategy: where to look next, and how to test it cheaply.

Innovation strategy and workshops for the Swiss energy group, and separately for Primeo Energie France.

Strategy work and outreach for the company behind master-data quality software used by large enterprises.

Products we wanted to use ourselves, built and run by us.

Self-service booking for digital out-of-home screens. Local businesses pick screens near them, upload an ad and are live the same week. Built and run by us.

A source-code search engine for the public web: what sites run, what they expose and what they charge, read from the pages themselves. Started in the Research Lab.

An AI app for meeting minutes, made in Switzerland: record the meeting and the finished minutes arrive by email. Developed together with Swiss lawyers. A Wundrig venture.
One team, three ways of working: for clients, on our own products, and on our own questions.
Client work
We help companies find what's next and test it before it costs real money: strategy, prototypes, shops and apps that ship.
Our own products
We build and run products of our own, from first prototype to paying customers. Small, until they've earned the right to grow.
Our own questions
We dig into emerging technology — AI, data, whatever we're currently wundrig about — and keep what holds up under honest testing.
We look at what is already there – and where it is worth starting.
We check ideas as early and as simply as possible.
What holds up in the test, we build properly – as an app, a shop or an AI agent.
We go live, measure, and keep developing what works.
No client, no brief. We pick a question, build enough to answer it honestly, and keep what holds up. Some of it becomes a venture. Most of it becomes knowledge we bring to client work.
What a site actually runs, offers and charges, read from the page itself rather than from what a vendor claims. Millions of sites, one pipeline. This one became searchcode.ai.
How many working API keys and passwords sit in public web pages, and how to tell their owners without sounding like a scam.
Where a model can run a task end to end, where it needs a person, and how to tell the difference before it matters.
